Jitske Jansen studied Medical Microbiology at the HLO Nijmegen and graduated in July 2005. She first worked as a technician in the CWZ Hospital in Nijmegen at the Medical Microbiology department. After 1.5 years she moved to the UMC St Radboud. The last 3 years she worked as technician in the DNA group of the Laboratory of Pediatrics. Now she works on a collaboration project between the departments Physiology, Pharmacoloy and Pediatrics. This project focuses on the characterisation and optimalisation of conditionally immortalized Proximale Tubule Epithelial Cells (BioKid project).
