Ramon Sonneveld studied Biomedical Sciences at the Radboud University Nijmegen. Since September 2010 he works as a PHD student at the departments of Physiology and tNephrology. The focus of his research is on TRPC6, an ion channel in the podocyte which might cause renal damage, for example, in diabetic patients.
